Privacy Policy.

RAI Brain ("RAI Brain", "we", "us", "our") is an experimental engineering hub working on cognition infrastructure, humanoid systems, autonomy, and deployment architectures for the physical AI era. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through raibrain.com and through direct correspondence with us (email, contact form, partnership and engagement enquiries).

We only collect data you actively give us, plus a minimal amount of technical information needed to operate the site.

Information you submit. When you use the contact form or write to us directly, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), subject and message contents, and any other information you choose to include.

Technical information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps, requested URLs) are generated by the hosting infrastructure to keep the site reachable and to detect abuse. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioural profiling cookies.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate (city-level) location, device type, and referral source. This relies on cookies and similar identifiers. We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2: for visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics cookies are not set until you give consent through our cookie banner. We do not use Google Analytics data for advertising, and advertising signals are disabled.

Cookies. Aside from analytics, the public site uses only the minimum cookies and local storage required for navigation, basic preference storage, and remembering your cookie choice. Where the site embeds a third-party service (e.g. fonts, form delivery), that service may set its own cookies governed by its own privacy policy.

Manage Your Cookie Choice — you can re-open the consent banner at any time to change or withdraw your consent.

We use your data for clearly defined, narrow purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry. The primary and usually only purpose — answering the message you sent.
• To run an engagement you have asked us to run (e.g. a consultancy mandate, a Trend Map access request, a Book-related interaction).
• To keep the site secure and operational — diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect against malicious traffic.
• To comply with legal obligations we are subject to.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, our legal bases for processing are: your consent (when you submit the contact form, and for analytics cookies), the performance of a contract (when you engage us for a service), our legitimate interest in running a secure and functional website, and compliance with legal obligations where required.

For analytics cookies in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our legal basis is your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time through the cookie banner. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for a reasonable archival window thereafter. Contact-form submissions are typically retained for up to 24 months. Engagement-related records may be retained longer where required by tax, accounting, or contractual obligations.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see section 07.

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the site and deliver correspondence. Each provider only processes data on our behalf for the specific function listed below.

• Hosting and DNS — for serving the website and routing email.
• Form delivery — the contact form is processed via Web3Forms, which forwards submissions to our private inbox.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) provides aggregate usage statistics. Loaded subject to your consent where required, with advertising features disabled.
• Web fonts — Google Fonts is used to serve typography. Google may receive standard request metadata when fonts load.

These providers may store data outside your country of residence (including in the United States). Where applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms to protect the data in transit.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data, or complete incomplete data;
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
• Restrict or object to certain processing;
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing);
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

United States (including California). Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct, or delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To opt out of analytics, choose Decline in our cookie banner; for any other request, use the contact form.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us via the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Traffic to the site is served over HTTPS. Access to correspondence and engagement data is limited to RAI Brain personnel who need it to do their work.

No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take this seriously.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our service providers, or the legal landscape. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below.
